chicken salad




Added champagne grapes (left from 4 weeks ago, still good!) for a little sweetness. This is the second time I made this. I didn't cook the chicken according to the recipe, I just use the method in How to Cook Without a Book.

  1. I love grapes in chicken salad. I've never had champagne grapes; the name makes them sound so impossibly delicious that I'm afraid they won't live up to my expectations. Sounds like they have good staying quality :-)
